4. Manage, Analyze & Grow
More traffic is the expensive answer. More conversions is the cheap one.
Doubling your traffic doubles your cost. Improving your conversion rate costs the same next month as it did this month.
Who This Is For
For a Chicago business, this is the right spend when:
- You have traffic and it isn't converting
- You can't confidently say which channel produced last month's customers
- Your reports show sessions and bounce rate but nothing about money
- You're about to increase ad spend — fix measurement before you scale, or you'll scale the wrong thing
What's Included
In this order, always
1. Make the measurement true
Analytics configured properly, conversions defined as things that actually matter — calls answered, forms submitted, appointments booked, orders placed — and call tracking so phone leads stop being invisible. We audit what's already there first, and in most accounts we find at least one conversion counting something that isn't a conversion.
2. Make the reporting readable
A dashboard you can open any time, plus a monthly summary written in sentences. Channel performance, cost per lead by source, and the trend that matters. If a number moved the wrong way, the report says so and says why.
3. Make the site convert better
Where visitors drop off, what they try to do and can't, and which pages leak the most. Then structured testing — headlines, offers, form length, page order — with each test run long enough to mean something.
How Engagements Work
How this work is structured
Tracking setup and the audit are a fixed-fee project — a defined piece of work with a defined end.
Ongoing reporting and CRO run as a monthly retainer, or come included where we're already managing your campaigns.
Consulting outside a retainer is billed hourly, with a standing discount for retainer clients.

Straight answers
My developer already installed analytics.
Installed and configured are different things. A default install records that people arrived. It doesn't know what you consider a lead, doesn't capture phone calls, and frequently double-counts. The audit takes a few hours and the findings are usually uncomfortable.
How much lift should I expect from testing?
We don't quote a number, because anyone quoting one before seeing your data is guessing. What we can say is where your biggest drop-off is, which is where the opportunity sits, and we can tell you that in the audit.
Isn't A/B testing only for big sites?
Statistical testing needs volume, and many local businesses genuinely don't have it. Where that's true we say so and use qualitative methods instead — session recordings, form analytics, and direct user feedback. Those aren't inferior; they're just honest about sample size.

Questions we get
Do I get access to the dashboard?
Yes, permanently, and it stays yours if we part ways.
What about privacy and consent?
We configure consent handling appropriately for your jurisdiction and audience. If you serve customers in states or countries with specific requirements, tell us at the start and we build for it.
Can you track phone calls?
Yes. Dynamic number insertion attributes calls to the campaign that produced them, and recordings let you judge lead quality yourself.
How long does a test need to run?
Until it has enough data to be trusted, which depends on your traffic. We'll estimate before starting and we won't call a result early because it looks good.
What if the data says my marketing isn't working?
Then you've learned something worth more than the fee. That happens, and reporting it is the job.
Start by checking whether your numbers are real.
The tracking audit tells you what's being measured, what's being missed, and what's being counted twice.
