3. Launch & Engage
Consistency beats brilliance, and consistency is what you don't have time for.
Most business social accounts don't fail because the posts were bad. They fail because they stopped in March.
Who This Is For
Social media management makes sense for a business when:
- Customers check your profile before they call, and what they find is six months stale
- You know you should post and it keeps losing to actual work
- Your business produces visible results worth showing — before and afters, finished spaces, food, events, projects
- You're running paid social and the organic profile behind it undermines the ad
Be honest with yourself about the goal. Organic social is a credibility and retention channel. If you need leads this quarter, it is not the fastest route and we'd rather say so now.
What's Included
What we handle
Content calendar
Planned monthly, approved by you before anything publishes. You always know what's going out.
Creative
Graphics and short video built on your brand by our creative director. Not stock images with your logo in the corner.
Copy
Captions written for each platform rather than one caption pasted across four. Hashtag and tagging strategy where it still earns its place.
Scheduling and publishing
Posted at the times your audience is actually active, based on your account's data rather than a generic best-practice chart.
Community management
Comments and direct messages answered within one business day. Questions that are really sales inquiries get routed to you immediately rather than sitting in an inbox nobody owns.
Reporting
Reach, engagement, follower growth, and profile-to-website clicks. We'll tell you which posts worked and, more usefully, why we think they did.
What we need from you
Photos from the field. A quick phone video of a finished job, a new dish, a completed space. Ten minutes a week of raw material from you makes the difference between a feed that looks like your business and a feed that looks like a template. We'll set up a simple way to send it.
Plans
How managed social is delivered
Managed social sits in the Accelerate and Ascend plans — our team plans, produces, publishes, and responds.
Digital Ignite includes AI-assisted social tools that you operate. That's the right choice if you have someone in-house with a few hours a week and just need the workflow.

Straight answers
Does posting actually make money?
Not directly, and not quickly. What it does is close the gap between someone hearing about you and someone trusting you — the profile check that happens between the referral and the phone call. For businesses where that check happens often, it's worth funding. For businesses where it doesn't, it isn't, and we'll say so.
How many followers will I get?
We don't forecast follower counts, and a number promised in a proposal is usually a number bought later. Followers are a vanity metric anyway — a thousand local followers who might hire you beats ten thousand who never will.
Can't AI just write all of this now?
It can write the captions, and we use it for drafts. What it can't do is be at your job site, know that the Tuesday special sold out, or have a point of view about your industry. That's the part that makes a feed worth following, and it's why we ask you for raw material rather than generating around you.
Faq
Questions we get
Which platforms do you cover?
Whichever ones your customers use. For most local businesses that's Instagram and Facebook. LinkedIn for professional services. We'd rather run two properly than five badly.
Do I approve posts before they go out?
Yes. You see the calendar in advance and can change anything on it. Once you're comfortable, most clients move to spot-checking instead.
What if something goes wrong publicly?
Comments that turn negative come to you the same day with a recommended response. Anything that looks like it could escalate stops and waits for you.
Do you handle paid boosting too?
On the Ascend plan, yes. Otherwise paid social is managed separately with its own budget and reporting.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. We're added as managers on your business accounts, never the reverse.
Let's look at your profiles.
We'll tell you what a realistic cadence looks like for your business, and whether this is worth your money right now.
