3. Launch & Engage
Ads that produce calls, not clicks.
Clicks are what you pay for. Calls are what you're buying. Most accounts we inherit are optimized for the first one.
Who This Is For
Google Ads management is the right move when:
- You need leads in weeks, not quarters
- People actively search for what you sell — this is demand capture, not demand creation
- You know roughly what a customer is worth to you, or you're willing to work it out with us
- You can fund a meaningful test. Too little budget spread across too many keywords teaches you nothing.
If nobody searches for your category, ads on search won't invent the demand. Paid social is the better tool for that job.
What's Included
What we manage
Account build or rebuild
Campaign structure, ad groups, keyword sets, match types, and the negative keyword list — which is where most wasted spend actually lives.
Conversion tracking first
Before anything runs, we make sure calls, forms, and bookings are tracked properly. An account that can't measure conversions is an account optimizing toward the wrong thing.
Ad copy and testing
Multiple variants per ad group, tested continuously. Copy that matches the search, and matches the page it lands on.
Landing pages
Where the page is the bottleneck, we build one. Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage is the most expensive common mistake in this channel.
Bid and budget management
Reallocating toward what converts, weekly. Not set-and-forget, and not fiddled with daily either — both cost you money.
Negative keyword discipline
Reviewed every week against the actual search terms report. This is unglamorous and it's where the savings are.
Call tracking
So you can hear the calls the budget produced and judge lead quality yourself rather than take our word for it.
How The Fee Works
How the fee works
Your ad spend is not our revenue
You pay Google directly from your own card. We never mark up media and we never take a cut of it. Our management fee is separate and billed separately.
That matters because it removes the incentive to talk you into spending more than the account can productively absorb. If we think your budget should come down, we can say so without it costing us anything.
The management fee scales with account complexity and how many campaigns are running. We'll put a figure in front of you once we've seen what's live.
Objections
Straight answers
I tried Google Ads and got junk leads.
Almost always one of three things: no negative keyword list, so you paid for searches that were never going to convert; broad match left running without supervision; or conversion tracking that counted form loads instead of form submissions, which taught the algorithm to find people who don't convert. All three are visible in an account audit within about an hour.
Google keeps calling me and changing things in my account.
Those calls are sales calls, and the recommendations they apply are frequently against your interest — broadening match types and raising budgets increases Google's revenue reliably and yours occasionally. We turn off auto-apply recommendations on day one.
What if I want to leave?
You keep the account. It's built in your Google Ads account under your billing, with us as a managed user. We hand over access and go. No data held hostage, no rebuild required. This is worth confirming with any agency before you sign — not all of them work this way.

Questions we get
How much should I spend?
It depends on what a customer is worth and what your competitors bid. We work backwards from your average sale value and close rate to a budget that can realistically produce a return, and we'll tell you if the number is too low to be worth starting.
How fast do ads work?
Traffic starts the day campaigns go live. Meaningful optimization needs enough conversion data to learn from — typically a few weeks, longer for low-volume, high-value services.
Do you run Bing too?
Yes, where it makes sense. Bing has less volume but often cheaper clicks and an older, higher-income audience. For some professional services it's genuinely worth the extra setup.
Will you use my budget for Performance Max?
Only where it fits, and never as the whole account. PMax gives up control and visibility in exchange for automation. It works for some businesses and quietly wastes money for others.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. Always. See above.
We'll audit what's running now.
We manage Google Ads for businesses across your city and the wider metro, and the audit is the same whether or not you end up hiring us.
Send us access and we'll tell you where the spend is leaking — whether or not you hire us to fix it.
