3. Launch & Engage

Organic search is the only channel that keeps paying after you stop.

Ads stop the day the card declines. A page that ranks keeps working. That's the trade — slower to start, harder to take away.

Who This Is For

Organic SEO makes sense for a business when:

  • People search for what you sell using words, not just a map
  • Your sales cycle is long enough that buyers research before they call
  • You can commit to at least six months — anything shorter is buying the cost without the return
  • You have, or are willing to build, something worth ranking: real pages, real answers, real depth

If you need leads this month, start with Google Ads and layer SEO underneath it. We'll tell you that on the call rather than sell you the slower thing.

What's Included

Three things, in this order

1. Fix what's broken

A technical audit that crawls your site the way Google does — broken links, redirect chains, page speed, mobile rendering, indexation problems, Core Web Vitals, structured data, sitemaps, and security. You get a prioritized action plan, ordered by impact rather than by how easy each item is to check off.

We do the fixes as well as name them. An audit you have to hire someone else to implement is half a service.

2. Build what's missing

Keyword and intent research — not a list of high-volume terms, but a map of what your buyers actually type at each stage. Then the pages to answer them: service pages with genuine depth, comparison and cost pages that capture buyers in decision mode, and supporting content that establishes you're credible on the subject.

3. Earn what can't be bought

Links and mentions from places with real editorial standards — local press, trade publications, associations, partners, and the organizations you already work with. Slower than buying links, and it doesn't evaporate the next time Google updates.

Reporting

What you'll see every month

  • Rankings for the keywords in your plan, with movement flagged
  • Organic sessions and, more importantly, organic conversions
  • Which pages gained and which lost, and what we're doing about the losses
  • What shipped that month and what ships next

Written in plain language. If a month was slow, the report says the month was slow.

How Engagements Work

How SEO engagements are structured

Organic SEO runs as a monthly retainer, because the work is continuous and the results compound. Scope depends on the size of your site, how competitive your terms are, and how much content production is included.

If you'd rather start smaller, a standalone technical audit is available as a fixed-fee project — you can implement it yourself or hand it to whoever maintains your site.

We quote after the audit. Anyone quoting SEO before looking at your site is quoting a package, not your situation.

Objections

Straight answers

Isn't SEO dead now that AI answers everything?

It changed. AI summaries take a share of informational searches — the "what is" and "how does" questions. They take far less of the commercial searches where someone is comparing providers and getting ready to spend. Those searches still resolve to a list of businesses, and the businesses on that list still get the call. What's genuinely dead is thin content written to fill a keyword slot.

How long before I see something?

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. New content competing for established terms usually takes months. We won't give you a date, because the honest answer depends on your competition and your starting authority — both of which we can assess in the audit before you commit to anything.

My last agency sent reports full of numbers that never turned into customers.

Rankings and traffic are inputs. We report them, but we don't present them as the result. The number that matters is qualified inquiries, and if traffic climbs while inquiries don't, that's a problem we name rather than a chart we highlight.

Faq

Questions we get

Do I need SEO and local SEO both?

If you have a physical location or service area, yes — they compete for different results on the same page. Local SEO wins the map. Organic SEO wins the links below it. The plans bundle a baseline of local; organic is quoted separately.

Will you rewrite my existing pages or start over?

Usually rewrite. Existing pages often carry authority that a new URL wouldn't, and rewriting keeps it. We only start fresh when the page structure itself is the problem.

Who writes the content?

We do, and you approve it before it publishes. For technical or regulated subjects we'll interview you or your team first — copy written without subject knowledge reads exactly like copy written without subject knowledge.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and any agency that does is either misinformed or counting on you not checking. Nobody controls Google's results. We commit to the work, report honestly, and let you judge the outcome.

What happens if I stop?

The pages stay yours and keep ranking for a while. Rankings decay as competitors keep working and yours stop, but unlike ads, nothing switches off the day you stop paying.

Start with the audit.

You'll know what's wrong, what it would take to fix, and whether SEO is even the right spend for you right now.
